Welcome to AutoNexus. By accessing or using our websites, mobile apps, or APIs (together, the “platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
AutoNexus is operated by AutoNexus Ltd. We provide software and online services that connect vehicle owners, independent garages, parts retailers, and drivers — including workshop management, service history, public directories, parts shopping, driver/errand requests, and related tools.
AutoNexus acts as a technology platform and facilitator. We do not perform vehicle repairs, sell parts as principal, or employ garages, retailers, or drivers listed on the platform.
Unless we state otherwise in writing for a specific feature, AutoNexus is not a party to contracts between customers and garages, between garages and retailers, or between customers and drivers.
Depending on your role, you may use AutoNexus as a vehicle owner, garage or workshop, parts retailer, driver/errand runner, or staff member acting on behalf of an approved organisation. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate registration information.
We may publish searchable public pages for participating garages and parts shops (for example at /garages and /shops), including business information the organisation chooses to make visible.
By enabling a public listing, you represent that you have the right to publish that information and that it is accurate. We may display listings in search results and discovery features. We do not guarantee placement, ranking, or traffic for any listing.
Garages and some businesses join through an application and review process. When you apply, you agree to provide truthful business, contact, and payment details. We may verify information, approve or reject applications, and request additional documents.
Payments may be recorded, facilitated, or initiated through platform features, or completed outside the platform between the parties. AutoNexus is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party services, pricing disagreements, or external payment handling unless we are expressly the merchant of record for a specific transaction.
We process personal and operational data needed to operate the platform. We do not sell personal data to data brokers. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Users may upload text, photos, and documents. By uploading content, users confirm they have rights/permissions to share it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. You grant AutoNexus a limited licence to host and process content solely to operate the service (including public listings you enable).
AutoNexus provides in-app communication features. To protect users and comply with app-store safety rules:
We do not auto-suspend accounts solely because a report is submitted; moderation review is required before enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent serious harm or comply with law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoNexus is not liable for workmanship quality, defective parts, service delays, or losses caused by third-party providers. Platform use is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates may require renewed acceptance in the app. Continued use after updates may be subject to the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
